Malignant Glaucoma

Malignant glaucoma is a rare clinical situation that usually occurs after intraocular surgeries or laser treatments. It has poor prognosis whenever treated inadequately. It is usually seen in patients with narrow angle or angle closure glaucoma. In recent years, there are some surgical developments promising ophthalmologists in terms of visual prognosis. In this article, innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of MG will be discussed in detail in the light of current knowledge.
