Pseudoexfoliation and cataract surgery: Dangers in the eye

This pathophysiological condition not only exacerbates the complexity of cataract surgery but also demands a refined surgical acumen for its management. The objective of this review is to identify and evaluate management strategies that hold the potential to mitigate risks and enhance surgical outcomes, particularly for this patient.
