Ocular Decompressive Retinopathy, Hyphema and Choroidal Folds After Non Penetrating Glaucoma Surgery

3M.D. Asistant, Uludag University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, Bursa/TURKEY A fifty six years old female patient with hyphema, ocular decompressive retinopathy and hypotonic choroidal folds after glaucoma surgery is presented. The main factor responsible for this clinical situation is the presence of high intraocular pressure preoperatively compared to low intraocular pressure postoperatively.
